Methinks that is some very BAD prosthetic make-up.
And before I forget, thank you for the nightmare fodder.
I just finished re-reading _Feed_ by M.T. Anderson, and for some reason, that commercial reminds me of some of his images. Icky.
That is some sick ad! Hope they paid the extras well. Don't think they could work again in advertising.
